It’s messed up that a town meeting would even see the need to debate and legislate the right to choose one’s own nourishment…the very stuff that makes up our bodies.

I saw that news too, via The Complete Patient. According to a followup post there, another town passed essentially the same ordinance; it’s part of a deliberate movement back to real food and against agribusiness.
I see you like The Contrary Farmer … you just might like The Complete Patient too, although the focus is not what one would expect, given the title.
